We’re really into making things convenient and efficient. We’ve invested in top-notch technology to make the whole process as simple and possible. From exchanging documents securely, to encrypted emails, to digital signing, to online risk profile assessments and a client portal where you can add and update your personal and financial information to your file.

You can contact us by WhatsApp for quick communication, though all formal correspondence needs to be by email.

Many of our tech system join up with each other, so once we’ve got all of your personal and financial information we can start using a linked cashflow modelling system to see how your future finances may shape up, rather than having to enter the same information all over again. 

We meet using Zoom, as it’s just easy and convenient.  So it doesn’t really matter where you live at all. That said, if you have particular needs that makes using technology challenging, we can be flexible and adaptable.

​And it’s always nice to meet in person where possible, at some point, but it’s no longer our standard way of doing business. We don’t run a fancy office, which helps us to keep costs down.
